INGREDIENTS

All Ingredients

1 cup (250g) meatloaf See Recipe
18 (63g) cracker
¼ cup (30g) onion, thinly sliced 1 minute
5 stalks (3g) chive

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the meatloaf into bite sized slices that will fit on each cracker. 1 minute
  2. Cut the chives into 2" lengths. 1 minute
  3. Assemble the hors d'oeuvres in the following order from bottom to top - cracker, meatloaf, onion, chive. 3 minutes
  4. Serve an a platter to share with everyone! 1 minute
