Crispy hash browns with piperade

This is a quick and easy side dish that you can prepare in no time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Try adding some garlic oil or truffle oil or create new flavor combinations of your own!

INGREDIENTS

1 (183g) potato, peeled and diced 4 minutes
1 tbsp (45g) piperade
tsp (1g) salt
tsp (1g) pepper
1 tbsp (14g) butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter on medium heat. 1 minute
  2. Add the potato dices and spread in one even layer. 1 minute
  3. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir or toss occasionally. 15 minutes
  4. Add the piperade to the potato and toss or stir together. Heat for 1 minute. 1 minute
  5. Serve immediately while hot! 1 minute
