Macaroni au gratin

You can have fancy Mac 'n Cheese in no time! Make a batch of Mornay sauce ahead of time and you can quickly make this dish for dinner! Add a dash of truffle oil to make it special!

INGREDIENTS

½ cup (57g) macaroni
1 cup (120g) Mornay sauce See Recipe
tsp (1g) salt
1 tbsp (6g) panko

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F degrees. 1 minute
  2. Cook the macaroni until tender, in a large pot of water with some salt. 10 minutes
  3. Drain the macaroni and place in a baking dish. 1 minute
  4. Mix the salt with the Mornay sauce and pour over the macaroni. 1 minute
  5. Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs and place in oven. 1 minute
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes
