Stir fry scrambled eggs with tomato wedges

This a quick and easy Chinese dish that is always a hit!


All Ingredients

5 (250g) egg
1 (123g) tomato, wedges
1 clove (2g) garlic, chopped
1 tsp (6g) ginger, minced
tsp (1g) white pepper, ground
½ tsp (3g) salt
1 tsp (6g) sugar
2 tbsps (28g) sesame oil
2 tbsps (28g) scallion, chopped


  1. Beat the eggs with the pepper, salt, and sugar. Set aside. 1 minute
  2. On medium high heat, heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Saute the garlic and ginger until it is fragrant. 1 minute
  4. Add the tomato wedges and cook for 3-4 minutes. 4 minutes
  5. Add the eggs and scramble with the tomato wedges, about 3-4 minutes. 4 minutes
  6. Serve topped with chopped scallions. Enjoy while hot!
