INGREDIENTS

All Ingredients

4 (200g) egg, slightly beaten 2 minutes
¼ cup (20g) Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 minute
4 tbsps (90g) piperade See Recipe
½ tbsp (7g) butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter on medium-high heat. 2 minutes
  2. Saute piperade until heated thoroughly. 2 minutes
  3. Pour eggs into the non-stick pan and cook until desired consistency. 2 minutes
  4. Portion eggs onto serving plates and sprinkle with cheese evenly. Serve immediately! 1 minute
