Garlic fries

Homemade garlic fries goes great with mayonnaise. This simple and easy recipe whips up one serving, so double, triple or quadruple it for the family!



1 (164g) potato, peeled
1 tbsp (15g) garlic oil
tsp (1g) salt
1 tsp (5g) garlic, minced
½ tsp (3g) parsley, minced


  1. With a chef's knife, cut the potato into matchsticks to your desired thickness.
  2. On medium-high heat, heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Saute the garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the potato to the pan and arrange in one layer.
  5. Let it pan fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the potato matchsticks and pan fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Toss with salt and parsley. Enjoy immediately!
