Greek Style 7-Layer Dip

Greek style 7 layer dip

This 7-layer dip replaces sour cream with 0% Greek yogurt, which is healthier and equally creamy. I've also topped it off with some Feta cheese and Greek Kalamata olives, which I find more flavorful than conventional olives. Delicious and healthy. Enjoy with pita or pita chips!


All Ingredients

1 cup (238g) refried beans
½ cup (86g) guacamole
½ cup (113g) Greek yogurt, non-fat
¼ cup (85g) salsa
¼ cup (38g) feta cheese, crumbled 1 minute
¼ cup (38g) cheddar, shredded 1 minute
½ (68g) tomato, diced 1 minute
1 (10g) jalapeno, slices 1 minute
2 tbsps (10g) cilantro, chopped 1 minute
2 tbsps (10g) green onion, chopped 1 minute
2 tbsps (10g) Kalamata olive, sliced 1 minute


  1. In a 7"x4"x2" glass dish, spread an even layer of each ingredient in the following order - refried beans, guacamole, yogurt, salsa, feta cheese, cheddar, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, green onions, and olives. 3 minutes
  2. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Serve with pita bread or pita chips!
