What happens when you have leftover salsa and pizza dough? Mexican Pizza! And not your Taco Bell version. Real Mexican Pizza with spicy fire-roasted salsa.


All Ingredients

1 cup (288g) pizza dough
4 tbsps (72g) salsa
½ cup (56g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (137g) tomato, diced 1 minute
2 tbsps (28g) scallion, chopped 1 minute


  1. Preheat the oven to 500F degrees, or your oven's highest setting. 1 minute
  2. Roll out each dough piece to a circular pizza. You can adjust the thickness according to your taste. 1 minute
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of salsa and spread evenly. 1 minute
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, then diced tomatoes. 1 minute
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. 8 minutes
  6. Top with scallions and enjoy immediately! 1 minute
