In Japan, everything goes with mayo. Japanese mayonnaise is sweet compared to American mayonnaise and typically found in plastic squeeze bottles for easy dispensing. The mayo really go well in this Asian fusion pizza!

INGREDIENTS

All Ingredients

1 cup (288g) pizza dough
3 tbsps (54g) teriyaki sauce
6 strips (84g) chicken, sliced thinly 1 minute
2 tbsps (28g) mayonnaise, Japanese
2 tbsps (28g) scallion, chopped 1 minute

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 500F degrees, or your oven's highest setting. 1 minute
  2. Roll out each dough piece to a circular pizza. You can adjust the thickness according to your taste. 1 minute
  3. Spoon 1.5 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and spread evenly. 1 minute
  4. Top with chicken slices. 1 minute
  5. Bake each pizza 5-8 minutes, depending on your oven's settings. 8 minutes
  6. Once the pizza is ready, top with scallion and squirt mayo on top. Enjoy immediately! 1 minute
