Stilton pumpkin pizza

Stilton cheese is a famous English cheese, known for it's strong smell and flavor. We've added it to this brilliantly colored pizza, to complement the delicate fall flavor of pumpkin. This pizza is sure to delight!


Pumpkin Sauce

½ cup (127g) pumpkin puree
½ cup (120g) water
3 (1g) bay leaf
½ (25g) shallot, diced 1 minute
tsp (1g) nutmeg, ground
¼ tsp (1g) black pepper, ground
½ tsp (3g) salt


1 cup (288g) pizza dough See Recipe
¼ cup (56g) Stilton cheese, crumbles 1 minute
2 tbsps (28g) scallion, chopped 1 minute
2 tbsps (14g) basil, chiffonade 1 minute


  1. Preheat the oven to 500F degrees, or your oven's highest setting. 1 minute
  2. In a medium pot, combine all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. 5 minutes
  3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until thickened to desired consistency. 7 minutes
  4. Split the pizza dough into 2 pieces. 1 minute
  5. Roll out each dough piece to a circular pizza. You can adjust the thickness according to your taste. 1 minute
  6. Spoon the sauce on each pizza and spread evenly. 1 minute
  7. Top each pizza with Stilton cheese. 1 minute
  8. Bake each pizza 8-12 minutes, depending on your oven's settings. 15 minutes
  9. Once the pizza is ready, top with scallion and basil and enjoy immediately! 1 minute
