Some lemonades call for simple syrup, but why not use nature's simple syrup, honey? :) This lemonade isn't especially sweet, which I like. If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to increase the amount of honey. Also, if you want to add a kick, some tequila would do the trick! :)

INGREDIENTS

8 lemons
4 cup water
4 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, heat the water and honey on high until all the honey has fully dissolved.
  2. Juice the lemons and discard the peels.
  3. Strain the juice of the pulp and seeds.
  4. Mix with the honey water solution.
  5. Chill for 4-5 hours or until completely cold. Serve on ice. Enjoy!
