This simple drink is great when you're crammed for time and just want a quick snack.
1 papaya, chilled
1 cup milk, chilled
1 tbsp honey
- Using a peeler, peel the papaya and cut in half.
- Scoop out the inside seeds and discard the seeds. Cut papaya into large chunks.
- Combine the papaya, milk, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for later!
